Lama betul tak update blog. Selalu je bukak blog baca update blogger yang lain. Nak update entri sendiri je takda masa hehe. Anyway welcome 2018! Eh baru nak welcome padahal dah penghujung bulan 4 :p
Recently Aleesa was sick. There were few times Aleesa fall sick since she was born, but this time around Aleesa demam a bit teruk. She puke, loss appetite to eat, frequent visit to clinic, siap kena ambik darah (which Dr said that Aleesa's blood is quite low than normal - nanti I cerita in different post), so as a mother I was a bit worried. Usually I okay je Aleesa sakit sebab Aleesa aktif. But not this time around.. Minum susu sikit, tak aktif sangat main, badan panas gila (sampai nurse tegur I kenapa tak kasi Aleesa PCM bila tau dia demam sebab takut kena sawan since panas sangat).
Sepanjang demam, meals time je Aleesa akan makan 2-3 suap je. She got no appetite to eat maybe due to her swollen throat jugak. I pun risau la. I try to make a new dish for her. So I fikir bolognese since I tak pernah introduce that dish yet. Surprisingly, Aleesa lovessssss it! Phew. Lega Ibu nakkkk.. She ate it. Banyak suap. Sampai nak habis. So, I took it as a big yes from my daughter hehe.
Sebelum i terlupa bahan yang i guna to make the sauce, baiklah i jot it down here. I googled for recipes, and I mixed it into my own. Below is the sauce recipes :)
Tomato sauce:
1 biji bawang holland
2 ulas bawang putih
5 biji tomato (marked with an 'X' at any part of the tomatoes so that the skin will easily fall off masa rebus)
Oregano
Unsalted butter

1. Rebus tomato sampai lembut. Indikator I nak tau lembut atau tak tomato tu, I nampak kulit tomato dah tertinggal from the tomato itself hehe.
2. Tossed the tomatoes, let it cool down before we removed the tomato skin and seeds.
3. Blend the tomatoes together with onion
4. Panaskan unsalted butter (amount dia I agak agak je but I love butter so I letak dalam 1/4 dari sebuku butter yang I beli)
5. Masukkan bahan blend dan masak dalam 5 minutes then letak oregano.
6. Kacau again for another 5 minutes, then tutup api :)
7. I asingkan sikit untuk Aleesa makan, and the remaining sauce I bekukan so senang nanti nak guna thaw je :)

1. Panaskan minyak & masukkan bawang
2. Masukkan daging cincang dan cendawan butang.
3. Masukkan tomato sauce we made earlier
4. Biarkan dalam 3-5 mins kasi mesra and seasoned to taste.
5. Siap!

That all. Easy peasy kan?
Siap je kuah, Gaul terus dengan pasta yang dah di rebus. So easy so sedap :) I jamin sedap gila. Haha. Yakin kan I.. But seriously, buat stok tau senang nak pelbagaikan menu anak makan nanti. Anak I suka! I pun suka. Tak payah nak tabur cheese dah sebab kuah bolognese ni dah rasa lemak lemak yummy. I loveee it. Hehe
