Pinggan viral, Pasar seni KL

Assalamualaikum. ♥

Finally i got my hands on this #pingganviral! Dapat pun pinggan viral yang menjadi sebutan ramai. Hehe. Bila dapat of course akan senyum memanjang. Senyum sampai ke telinga gitu 😁

So, verdicts from my visit?

1. Designs are all pretty! But of course kena pandai pilih. Because different people have different preferences. Maybe i cakap cantik, maybe u disagree with my choice kan?

2. Lokasi best. Kedai end lot. Senang jumpa kedai! Betul betul sebelah CM (Central market @ pasar seni). Barisan kedai. Sebelah kedai mamak. Kedai ni memang jual pinggan je.

3. I ready somewhere on social media saying that this place always packed with people. But lucky me, when i'm around, the shop was not packed at all. Maybe i pergi bukan masa peak hour, so kedai memang lengang. Best pilih pinggan :)

4. Ada diskaun! Purchase more than rm50, u will get moree discount ;)

5. But the owner sangatla tak mesra. i don't know. This was basically on my own experience. Tak berapa nak mesra alam.

Price range from as low as rm2, and as high as rm20. Yang harga rm20 tu pun pinggan makan. Shape lain semua harga below than that no worries. If u guys stay around the area, i advise u to go and look by yourself. Lagiiiiiii puas hati. Sebab boleh pilih corak sendiri. Unless u are far away or u got extra money to pay for the personal shopper service la :p

I went there with my in laws. It worth the MRT ride. My MIL and SIL love the shop as well! I plan to bring ibu and my sisters as well. Let's make them go gaga like I do. Haha. Fair la kan?

* not in the picture, the spoon is RM2 each :) Size also varies from one another. Semua size dalam gambar ni lain lain.

* If u guys want to go there by public transport, i suggest u to use MRT @ LRT. Turun je nampak tulisan central market besaq. From there, tengok je shop lot belah kanan, this shop betul betul dekat end lot. So easy to find! Macam makan kacang :p

Review: Minyak telon best untuk baby

Here are my reviews for TWO types of 'minyak telon' that i use for my baby daughter.

1. Tropika baby herbal cream (shopee link: https://shp.ee/9ikb4em) 

the outer packaging for this product. 

Dalam: warna krim herba tropika. If baru bukak usually the content is full. :)

It claims that this products are able to treats & prevent phlegm, cough, stomach ache & prevent wind. It promotes babies to burp after nursing. Best natural remedy for colic in baby. This remedy contains important natural ingredients that encourage release of trapped gas and promote better night time sleep. Made only from natural ingredients with Virgin Coconut Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Ginger & Tropical Herbs Reduce respiratory problems such as wheezing, Reduce "snoring".

Verdicts: 

Pros: 

Totally helps for colic prevention! My baby so far memang tak pernah colic since the first day she was born. I used it religiously since the first day of her life. Rub gently around her stomach, foots, her back area and head. Until today i still use this for my baby. Kadang kadang tu sambil sapu dekat Sofia, terus dia totot (read: kentut) 😅 Super jimat, as for now i only use 5 tubs of this tropika cream. For me, i can say that it is quite a bargain, no? and paling best sebab tak melekit!

Cons:

So far for about 7 months + i use this product, i could not find any bad impressions of it 😌 so i guess, good product?

2. Minyak BeBe Anugerah (shopee link: https://shp.ee/6ihzntn)

The outer packaging :)

The oil is in purple colour. Tak nampak sangat from this picture.

It claims that this products able to warm the baby body, moisture the baby skin. It helps to prevent baby from cold, colic. Made from lemongrass, eucalyptus oil, galangal, mint and kaffir lime. Helps the baby to sleep at ease at night.

Verdicts:

Pros:

Super love the smell! Calming ok bau minyak ni. My husband terpaling suka the smell. So, normally we use two types of 'minyak telon' everytime after sofia take her shower. Same as tropika, we rub gently around the same area. But there is times where we put it all over her body because of the smell :p

Cons:

Sometimes i can feel the bottle become quite oily (maybe because i did not close the cap tight enough?). And minyak ni bila dah sapu quite oily, but since i love the smell maybe i can still accept it hehe. Other than that, i didn't have anything to complain about this product.

Price range within RM 13 - RM 15

I ada guna minyak yuyi for my baby as well. But since i did not use it frequently like these two products above, i cannot give my review in details. But all i can say that, all this three products suits my baby. Alhamdulillah, since my baby was born, she never had colic nor facing any difficulties to sleep at night. My baby sleeps throughout the night since she was 2 months + old (except when she wants her milk, where i can simply know from the thumb-sucking noise 😂)

So, which one of these products that u use for your baby? Or u guys ada guna any produk yang best please share with me okies? ;)

Kenapa baby food kena ada gula?

Tadi pergi Aeon Big Batu Pahat.

EH, kenapa tetiba dekat batu pahat?

Sebab esok kawan kite and husband nikah. So kami pun datang all the way from kajang to celebrate the bride and groom :)

Since baby sofia dah start her solid food journey for about 1 month +, memang priority kena pastikan perut anak full before we do anything.

Kami bergerak dalam tengahari, so lunch dekat Melaka and dinner dekat BP area memang bawak brown rice yang dah siap masak siap siap. Tinggal kena panaskan je waktu nak makan. So i thought for tomorrow nak beli ready to eat food since hotel yang kitorang duduk takda peti ais to keep the brown rice porridge. nak masak apatah lagi kan, dapur pun takde.

-- eh panjang betul explaination before masuk part aeon kan kehkeh :p

okay.

Sebenarnya pergi aeon big ni nak cari food for our daughter la.  Pi baby food section, bila go through all the ingredients for sure ada sugar ok. Even for a well-known brand. Takda langsung yang without sugar. This situation makes me feel upset. Like betul betul punya kecewa. Dah la sofia sejenis pemakan orangnya.. kalau meal time sampai, memang shes eager to eat sampai sanggup capai sudu dekat tangan kite. So mesti boleh bayangkan kan perasaan kecewa kite? huhu. Jaya grocer for sure takda dekat sini, sebab tu je tempat yang banyak organic foods for baby yang kite tau. Dok fikir punya fikir kite memang tak ready nak introduce sugar or any seasoning to my daughter. YET. Not this time. After sofia setahun inshaAllah.

So, we just buy fruits for her.

Since fruits tu sebenarnya kite bagi for snack je sometimes not as main dish sepanjang sofia dah masuk 7 bulan ni.. Lets just hope that she wont be cranky sebab lapar. 

At least until kitorang sampai kajang.

Nervous ade. Sedih pun ada sebab takut anak lapar. huhu. Memang macamni kan perasaan dah jadi ibu? 😂

Tips: cara nak kurangkan selsema dan batuk baby

Sekarang ni kejap panas kejap hujan

Cuaca tak menentu kan? 

My baby pun kena attack selsema dengan batuk dah. Still bearable, and less worry sikit sebab kemain aktif tau anak ibu ni walaupun tak berapa sihat. Her body temperature maintain and does not spike as well. Jadinya agak lega di situ. Shes not cranky even batuk tu dengar bunyi kahak. Kite yang dengar ni rasa kesian. Batuk takdela all day long. Kadang kadang, tapi bila batuk tu quite lama sampai merah merah muka. Lepas da habis batuk tu terus sengih. Hailaaaa anak ibu.. selsema pun sampai meleleh ayaq hidung. Makan pun tak berapa nak excited macam selalu. Since shes not feeling well, i did not force her to finish her food. As long as she eat, i am more than happy :) 

Banyak remedies kite try untuk soothes my daughter. Dalam masa yang sama, untuk kasi anak rasa selesa dan tak lemas. Even kite yang dah besar pun tak selesa bila kena batuk dan selsema, baby apatah lagi kan? So ni ada beberapa cara kite gunakan bila baby batuk dan selsema. 

1. Mandi wap

Ultimate saviour for my baby. Kite selalu bukak shower sampai bathroom penuh wap then masuk together with baby. Adela dalam +- 10 mins? Baby for sure akan merengek but keraskan hati sikit ok? (Tapi kalau baby nangis teruk sangat tu, bawakla baby keluar shower ya) After a while inshaAllah baby akan ok. Macam Aleesa kalau dia nangis kite ajak sembang lepastu Aleesa akan pandang kite macam faham je ape ibu dia sembang :p 

2. Sterimar (shopee link: https://shp.ee/tdq7q5v) and nose suction 

Totally a life savior! Benda wajib-harus-kena-pastikan ada for your baby. Spray and sedut. But in case your baby ada runny nose, just suck the flu away. and baby will be happy ever after hehe. Nampak exaggerate kan? Tapi betul! Try first ok?

3. Century baby balm (shopee link: https://shp.ee/vgi65xv)

Balm baby yang bau strawberry. So sedap! Rasa nak makan. Aleesa pun suka bau. Kite akan rub dekat dada Aleesa everytime after habis mandi. Tak panas pun balm ni, so memang ok kalau nak guna for babies. Harga pun quite ok..less than rm10 i think? Haritu beli dkt watson. So easy to find this balm.

4. Percussion
Belajar thru you tube first ya? Jangan sesuka hati tepuk belakang baby without any knowledge. Kesian baby. in our defense, we think that the baby cry sebab batuk rupanya sebab sakit bila silap cara buat percussion. Percussion sambil mandi wap amat digalakkan :) Kite buat dekat Aleesa, nampak beza before and after.

5. Mandi lemon

Masa mandikan baby, perah sikit lemon dalam bathtub baby. Biar baby dapat bau zest lemon tu. Dari Aleesa kecik memang kite guna lemon as a remedy if Aleesa demam ke selsema ke. It works wonders for her. And usually bila kite mandikan Aleesa with lemon, kite tak guna sabun baby dah for Aleesa. :) Bau lemon tu je dah cukup. Sedap ok bau lemon. Sape setuju? 

Other than that, kite bagi jugak anak kite makan ubat from hospital. Some parents memang akan say big NO untuk bagi their baby ubat kan? Same macam kite jugak dulu. But at some point bila dah buat guna natural remedies anak still tak ok, siapa boleh buat tak tahu je kan? mesti nak anak sihat balik, betul tak? First trip to klinik, dr bagi ubat cairkan kahak (bromohexine... something which sebenarnya tak boleh ok for baby bawak 2 years which i dont know at all?! usually kite mesti akan google which is good which is not good for baby, but at this time tak tergerak langsung nak check huhu. masa bagitau the other dr, dr terkejut and ask which dr yang prescribe that medicine for my daughter huhu).

So bila jumpa 2nd dr, dr bagi ubat demam, ubat titik hidung for flu and antibiotik. Antibiotik je kite kena makesure Aleesa habiskan yang lain punya ubat just guna bila perlu. So for now, kena bersilat sikitla nak kasi Aleesa makan antibiotik ni 😆

3 times daily = 3 times bersilat nak kasi ubat.

Poor my baby.

Masa nak kasi ubat je nangis, dah habis makan ubat terus happy balik as usual. 😅

Gambar bawah ni gambar ubat antibiotik prescribe by dr. Pls jangan sesuka hati beli dekat farmasi and give it to yr baby. Sebab different baby weight will make different amount of dos the baby need to take. Unless u are a dr yourself la kan.. hihi.

Hospital Bag! - senarai barang untuk ibu & baby

Assalamualaikum ♥

Beg hospital ni kite masuk 8 month dah start prepare sikit sikit. Since nak senangkan diri sendiri masa dekat hospital nanti, kite asingkan beg untuk kite and untuk baby. Jadi takdela bercampur barang and tak messy bila mencari barang. hehe.

Maternity pad - ada yang prefer pad biasa. Terpulang ok? kite pakai maternity pad jenama madame sebab takut luka sakit pakai pad biasa since luka tak kering lagi hehe. Plus maternity pad ni lembut. kite tak beli matrnity pad jenis tali, tak reti pakai 😐

* Dalam pada kite dah prepare barang awal pun still ada missing item(s) hehe. Selipar kite lupa nak bawak since admitted tengah malam kan. Pinjam selipar husband je buat pergi tandas. besaq pun takpalaaaa asalkan ada selipar takkan nak pakai kasut tumit masuk tandas 😂 lagi satu, breast pump. dalam seminggu pertama kite lepas bersalin tu, susu yang keluar is kolostrum. Banyak kebaikan kolostrum untuk baby thats why kalau boleh pam dan simpan since the milk lifespan can go up to > 6 months. kite ada few bags EBM left (yang kite pam masa early pantang) untuk Aleesa. Itupun day 4th pantang baru start pam untuk buat stok sebab baru keluar hospital 😄

p/s: barang baby semua kite letak dalam plastik seal. masuk labour room kite sediakan satu set pakaian lengkap baby dalam plastik seal then pass dekat nurse. Senang kerja dah asing ikut plastik kan 😊
